Our Hiring Process
Our process typically takes 2–4 weeks from start to finish.
Step 1: Application Review
If your background meets the qualifications for the role, we will reach out to schedule an interview.
Timeframe: 2–3 days.
Step 2: Initial Interview with Recruiting Team
Timeframe: 2–3 days from application review.
Step 3: 2nd Interview
Interview with Hiring Manager/Team.
Timeframe: 1–2 weeks from initial interview.
Step 4: Extending the Offer
The Recruiting Team will extend an offer and discuss next steps.
Step 5: Background Checks & Onboarding
Timeframe: Approximately 1 week; dependent on the completion of required paperwork by the candidate.
This includes:
- Reference checks
- CORI
- Fingerprinting
- TB testing (if applicable)
Step 6: Orientation
Your official start and introduction to the Waystone Team.
